Ask within 14 days of a payment for Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime and we’ll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Email support@designcode.io from the address you sign in with.
Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days if you haven’t used their credits.
A refund takes back what it paid for: a refunded Lifetime ends, a refunded credit pack’s credits come off your balance, and a refunded Monthly or Yearly payment ends the period it paid for. To stop the plan renewing, cancel it in billing, or ask us to.
Cancel Monthly or Yearly anytime in billing, from your account menu in the app. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and isn’t charged again. After 14 days, payments aren’t refunded for the time left in a period.
If something’s wrong with a charge, please email us first; we’ll sort it out quickly. A payment disputed with your bank is treated like a refund while the dispute is open: what it paid for is paused, and a disputed plan is cancelled.
This policy adds to any rights the law where you live gives you; it doesn’t take them away.
